HELLO, BART. Today's outfit is centered around these perfect denim shorts from the oh-so-lovely, Skinny Bitch Apparel (they have AWESOME clothes, including the smiley skater skirt from my last post). Currently, I am obsessing over all things Bart Simpson, and I cannot get enough of these high-waisted bad boys. Almost every person I passed stopped to tell me how sick they were - which is true, but it was nice confirmation. I decided to do denim-on-denim, which is a trend I'm loving right now, and the fact that the denim colors are slightly different is a perfect add to the depth. Underneath is a black velvet, short-sleeve turtle neck to add another texture to this look other than the denim. Threw on some ripped black tights and my new dusty blue babies. Just splurged and bought myself these adorable docs for my birthday, and have been wearing them nonstop! I definitely recommend a pair of Dr. Martens to anyone who hasn't owned a pair! They're SO comfortable and, (regardless of what anyone says), you CAN wear them with anything! Ha! To top it off, I put a cool pair of sunnies from Urban Outfitters (which you can actually fully see because my bangs are short again!)
